All products are handmade to order. We strive to accurately represent our products, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items and handmade yarn colors.

3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

- We currently accept advance bank transfers
- All sales are in PKR
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Pakistan. Production time is 1-3 weeks depending on the item. Shipping time is additional. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
