At Knots Of Love, every item is handcrafted with premium materials and care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a strict but fair return policy to protect both our customers and our craft.
We accept exchanges only (no cash refunds) for ready-made items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and ship the item back within 3 days of our approval.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, as they are made specifically for you.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage. This helps us review your request quickly.
We review your request
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days confirming whether it qualifies.
Ship the item back within 3 days
If approved, ship the item back in its original condition within 3 days of our approval. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchange dispatched
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we dispatch your replacement as soon as possible.
Note on Handmade Variations
Since every item is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or size from product photos are natural and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece one of a kind.
